CANCELLATION POLICY

A deposit of 20% is required upon the booking of all services. This deposit will be deducted from your appointment total. I require a minimum of 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to cancel or reschedule prior to the 48 hour window will result in forfeiture of the 20% deposit placed at the time of booking. If something comes up where I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will not be charged. I appreciate your business!
